"I'm grateful for ever sunrise I see. Something about "first light".
Anything past that point is gravy."
I don't know why this cracked me up. It just did.
Today's Forecast calls for overcast clouds, a peek of sunshine, twinkling lighted rain and a sprinkle of gravy....

Wait a minute, does that mean when it's cold, it snows grease? Ewwwwwwwwww...
If it starts raining gravy, I'm building a bunker...or maybe a chicken-fried steak franchise, I'm not sure which.
We've been waiting for the gravy...
Very Funny!!
Don - Gravy rain. Sigh.
Bud - How about a few cranberry sauce clouds?
Do I have to take my hat off yet? It's only day 2.
Maybe that's good on a BBQ?
Mimi, you can leave your hat on for as long as you wish, but eventually some people are going to start thinking you're an elf...
My rule of thumb for Christmas decor has always been that it should come down by January 6th, the Epiphany (a.k.a. Greek Orthodox Christmas). Now, when I would actually get around to taking them down was often a totally different ball game. I recall one year when the tree was still up on Saint Patrick's Day...
Jean-luc - Gravy on BBQ? Hmmmm.....maybe not.
Don - I am not an elf!
And my trees are still up.
You're not going to wait for Saint Patrick's Day like I did, are you? ;-)
And you may not be an elf, but you're certainly as cute as one...
